St. Mark's Floral Ministry 

To provide floral decoration in 'Old' and 'New' St. Mark's to enhance the worship in these buildings.

Individual flower arrangers are rostered on weekly and liaise with the Parish Office as to whether there is a wedding or special occasion to be taken into consideration and then work accordingly.

Floral decorations are provided weekly and for special days e.g. Christmas and Easter we all work together. When weddings are booked in the churches we are asked to provide particular arrangements to suit the wedding colour scheme. If we have someone available we will also provide arrangements during the week for funerals.

We have been involved in the Craft Show Case the past 3 years and it is a wonderful opportunity to show our skills and create different arrangements which are for sale with the proceeds going into church funds.

Parishioners appreciate our efforts and often comment on the arrangements and we like to think that it is helping to bring people to a deeper spiritual awareness as they participate in the worship services.
